1020 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before registering for or using any service on the 1020 platform. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 1020 platform at https://1020.ws, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.

The 1020 platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 and above who are resident in Malaysia. By using our services, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use is lawful under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

1020 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.


2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of services on the 1020 platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the 1020 support team immediately.

Users agree to:

  • Providing accurate and truthful registration information.
  • Keeping profile information up to date whenever changes occur.
  • Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with others.
  • Not accessing another person's account without written authorisation.
  • Being responsible for all activity that occurs within their account.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 1020 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local online banking options available at the time of the transaction.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds belong to them and are obtained from legitimate sources. Using another person's bank account or e-wallet for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.

Regarding withdrawals:

  • Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, depending on the method selected.
  • The name on the bank account or e-wallet must match the registered account name on 1020.
  • 1020 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal request, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Any fraudulent attempts or suspicious transactions will be investigated and may result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

1020 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.


4. Platform Usage Rules & Account Policy

Users of the 1020 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Transferring funds between accounts for the purposes of money laundering or fraud.
  • Misusing platform promotions or offers in a manner that goes against the terms of those promotions.
  • Disrupting or damaging the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
  • Taking any action that may expose the platform or other users to legal or security risks.

Account Suspension and Closure: 1020 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and outcome of the investigation.

Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register without written consent from 1020 management.


5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

The 1020 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 1020 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to losses incurred through betting or gameplay.

Users acknowledge that Sports Betting and casino games carry financial risk, and all betting decisions are solely the user's responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1020 platform — including logos, layouts, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the property of 1020 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 1020 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. 1020 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third parties before using their services.


6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

1020 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. We encourage users to check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest version of our terms.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
